(2)    Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Loan (for the first time with approved loan amount of HK$20,000 or above, they will entitle for $1,000 cash rebates (“cash rebate”):

The loan account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write off, frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance need to maintain 50% or above within 90 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle $1,000 cash rebate.

• To enjoy the promotional offer, the above promotion code “FL1000” must be entered during the loan application, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.
• The $100 cash rebate & $100 Flow Dollars will be issued 30 days after the date of successful submission of the application. The cash rebates & Flow Dollars promo code will be issued automatically to X Wallet and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
• The $1,000 cash rebate will be automatically credited to the X Wallet “Rewards” wallet 90 days after the last day of the month in which the loan agreement is confirmed and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
• To withdraw the rewards, customers can login to X Wallet, click on “Bank Details” on the “Rewards” page and fill in your Hong Kong bank account details. The rewards will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (public holidays or Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Wallet Personal Loan (X Wallet Loan) for the first time, regardless of whether the loan successfully approved or not, they are entitled to receive a $100 Cash Rebates & $100 Flow Dollars. This offer is not applicable to new customers who have applied for X Wallet within the past 12 months (i.e. 1 Jan 2023 onwards) of this promotion.
3. The promotion is only applicable to new eligible customers who successfully apply and confirm the X Wallet loan contract for the first time during the promotion period, with a loan amount of $20,000 or more, where customers who do not have a loan account within 12 months from the date of confirmation of the loan contract.
4. “New customer” refers to those who are not holding X Wallet loan account in past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.
5. 5. To be eligible for the Offer, the Customer must not have earned any X Wallet Reward in the past 60 days from the date of issuance of the Reward.

9. The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
10. Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotion period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
11. The offer is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable. The Company reserves the right to replace the Flow Dollars with another of equal value without prior notice. The Company is not the supplier of the Flow Dollars and is not responsible for the Flow Dollars. The supplier is solely responsible for any liability in relation to the Flow Dollars. If you have any queries, comments or complaints regarding the Flow Dollars, please contact the supplier directly.
12. The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.
13. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
14. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
15. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
16. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customers and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
17. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customers, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
18. If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
19. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
