• Eligible members (hereinafter referred to as "members") must be civil servants to enjoy the offer. The company reserves the right to verify the professional certification materials of members, including requiring the submission of staff ID, pay slip, etc. to verify his/her identity. The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the definition of eligible members.

Promotion Detail

• Eligible member will receive 14 days interest-free and extra $1200 cash rewards offer when he/she is successfully approved for the X Wallet Express Loan (“X Wallet loan”) for the first time. The account must remain in a normal and active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all regarded as abnormal accounts) to enjoy this offer.

How to Use

• To enjoy the offer, customers must enter the coupon code “CVS1200” during the loan application process.
• All the interest that are generated on the first 14 days will be deducted by the system automatically. The detail of the interest payment will be shown on the first monthly statement.
• The $1200 cash rewards will be released within 45 days after the first monthly statement is issued, customers need to login to X Wallet and simply tap the withdraw button on the “Reward Program” page to withdraw the rewards. The rewards will be transferred into your designated Hong Kong bank account, it takes about two working days.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible member needs enter the coupon code to apply for X Wallet loan during the promotion period, subject to the time of successful loan application and the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late confirmation of the loan application will not be accepted.
2. This offer is only applicable to X Wallet eligible members who have successfully approved an X Wallet loan and confirmed the loan contract for the first time, or X Wallet members have never reactivated and applied the loan within a 12-month period.
3. Each member can enjoy this offer once in the promotion period.
4. The coupon code must be entered during the loan application process, supplementary or correction of the coupon code is not accepted.
5. When the offer is valid, the amount of repayment within the first 14 days will be deducted from principal directly. No interest will be generated if all of the principal has been repaid before 5:00PM [17:00] of the following 14 days of the contract confirmation.
6. The company reserves the right to verify the customer's identity. Customer will be disqualified from the offer if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customer or verify the customer’s identity.
7. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
8. The offer is not transferable, cancellable and returnable.
9. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application.
10. The company will not accept any liability for any loss due to failing to following the instruction of the offer.
11. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customer if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
12. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions herein will be subject to the final decision of the company.
13. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customer, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
14. The customer must ensure that the bank account entered on the "Reward Program" page is true, correct, and valid and is the customer's own account. The company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the rewards to the account if it is discovered or caused under any circumstances.
15. If the customer closes or cancels their X Wallet account before the rewards are released, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
