X Wallet Interest Rebate for Existing Customers

Promotion Period: From 5 August 2022 to 7 August 2022

Promotion Detail 

  • Existing customers login X Wallet and withdraw the credit amount of $1,000 or above during the promotion period and the day's interest expense incurred on the loan from withdrawal day to 7 Aug 2022 will be fully rebated.
  • Within 40 days after withdraw successfully, the loan account must be in a normal active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all considered abnormal accounts) and cannot be settled in order to enjoy the discount.
  • The interest rebate amount will be calculated automatically by the system, the customer does not need to operate manually. The customer will be notified to get the reward within 40 days after successful withdraw. The rebates will be released to the "Rewards Wallet" of the customer X Wallet account.
  • Customers need to login to X Wallet and simply tap the withdraw button on the "Referral & Rewards" page to withdraw the rebate rewards. The interest rebate will be credited in cash to your designated Hong Kong bank account, the money transfer takes around 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday).

Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is only applicable to existing customers who have successfully withdraw the X Wallet loan during the promotion period, the promotion application time is subject to the withdrawal time. The withdrawal time is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Overdue applications will not be accepted.
  2. This promotion is only applicable to X Wallet existing customers.
  3. The rebate amount is calculated based on the daily interest expense incurred on the loan amount drawn on the day during the promotion period.
  4. The company reserves the right to verify the customer's identity. Customer will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customer or verify the customer's identity.
  5. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
  6. The offer is not transferable, cancellable and returnable.
  7. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customer cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
  8. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
  9. The company will not be responsible for any loss caused if the customer does not follow the instructions of this loan promotion plan.
  10. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customer and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
  11. Except ‘Member Get Member Program Promotion’, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotion offers. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
  12. By participating in the offer, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customer, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
  13. The account must be in a normal active state (overdue repayments, bad debts, etc. are all considered abnormal accounts) and cannot be settled in order to enjoy the discount.
  14. After the system receives the instruction to withdraw the reward, the money transfer will take around 2 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) and it will be adjusted according to the individual bank depending on the actual situation.
  15. The customer needs to ensure that the receiving bank account entered on the "Referral and Rewards" page is true, correct, valid and owned by the customer. The company will not take any responsibility if the reward cannot be transferred to the account under any circumstances.
  16. If the customer closes, cancels or settle his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
