Promotion Details
1) X Pay users^ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”) can receive a $100 SOGO Gift Certificate for their first time application for the X Wallet Express Loan (“X Wallet Loan”) by entering the promo code “XSOGO” during the application process. Customers who withdraw their loans from 7 April 2024 to 31 May 2024, will receive a $200 X Pay E-cash coupon and a $700 cash reward.
2) ^To participate in this promotion, customers must:
a. Agreed to the X Pay Terms of Use before applying for the X Wallet loan during the promotion period.
b. Have not applied for the X Wallet loan within the past 12 months.
3) Eligible customers can receive a $100 SOGO Gift Certificate for their first time application for the X Wallet Loan by entering the promo code “XSOGO” during the application process.
4) *To receive the rewards, the loan amount and X Wallet account status of eligible customers must fulfill the following conditions:
a. Enter the promo code “XSOGO” during the application process and drawdown $15,000 or above successfully.
b. The X Wallet account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write-off, and frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance must be maintained at 50% or above within 90 days upon the contract effective date.

How to Redeem
A. $100 SOGO Gift Certificate
- The $100 SOGO Gift Certificate will be issued within 30 days from the last day of the month when the customer successfully submitted the application. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- Customers are required to fill out a Google form to confirm the Gift Certificate redemption date and time. Customers must redeem the Gift Certificate in person at the designated redemption location.
- Eligible customers must present the redemption notice and signing an acknowledgement of receipt in order to redeem the Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate shall not be re-issued if it is not redeemed within the reservation date and time.
- The Gift Certificate cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged for cash. No change shall be provided.
- The Gift Certificate can only be redeemed in person at designated locations, and cannot be issued via mailing or collecting on behalf of others.
- When customers receive the Gift Certificate, please check whether the Gift Certificate has expired or damaged immediately. If you have any questions, please report to the on-site staff immediately.
- X Wallet is not the supplier of the Gift Certificate, please refer to the information provided on the Gift Certificate or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the Gift Certificate. Any disputes arising from the Gift Certificate shall be resolved between customers and the supplier directly.
B. $200 X Pay E-cash coupon
- To receive X Pay $200 E-Cash coupon, customers must log in to the X Wallet App, go to the X Pay page and complete the X Pay registration procedures. The E-Cash coupon will be automatically issued to the relevant X Pay account.
- The $200 X Pay E-cash coupon will be issued within 30 days from the last day of the month when the customer drawdown successfully. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- X Wallet is not the supplier of the E-cash coupon, please refer to the information provided on the E-cash coupon or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the E-cash coupon. Any disputes arising from the E-cash coupon shall be resolved between customers and the supplier directly.
C. $700 cash rebate
- The cash rebates will be automatically credited to the X Wallet ” Rewards” wallet 90 days after the last day of the month once the contract is effective. Eligible customers will be notified through the inbox message of X Wallet App.
- To withdraw the cash rebate, customers must login to the X Wallet App, click the “Personal” page and click the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash rebate will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days).
1. This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 7 April 2024 to 31 May 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. X Pay users^ (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers”) can receive a $100 SOGO Gift Certificate for their first time application for the X Wallet Express Loan (“X Wallet Loan”) by entering the promo code “XSOGO” during the application process. Customers who withdraw their loans from 7 April 2024 to 31 May 2024, will receive a $200 X Pay E-cash coupon and a $700 cash reward. Please refer to the “Promotion Details” and “How to redeem” stated above for details.
3. To enjoy the promotion, the promo code “XSOGO” must be entered during the loan application process. Subsequent supplements or changes is not allowed.
4. The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
5. Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotional period. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
6. The promotion is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable. The Company reserves the right to replace the Gift Certificate or E-Cash Coupon with another of equal value item(s) without prior notice.
7. The company reserves the right to verify the customers’ identity. Customers will be disqualified from the offer without prior notice if the personal information provided is found to be unknown, unclear or missing and unable to contact the customers or verify the customer’s identity.
8. All the personal information collected will follow the personal data privacy policies of the company.
9. The company will not accept any liability for any problems due to computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues which cause the customer to delay or miss for submitting an application. The customers cannot make any legal action or investigation to the company.
10. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer or stop this loan promotion program at any time without prior notice. Any matter or dispute regarding the offer or the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right of final decision.
11. The company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of the customers and withdraw the rewards if the personal information provided is found to be fake or any actions breach of the terms and conditions.
12. By participating in this promotion, each customer agrees to be bounded by these terms and conditions. The company reserves the rights to disqualify the eligibility of customers, and withdraw the offer and to proceed legal action, if any breach of terms and conditions.
13. If the customer closed, cancelled or settled his/her X Wallet loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be cancelled immediately.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
