Reward Details
[Reward 1 – Successful Application]
For every successful first-time application of X Cash.AI where referees (“Referee^”) enter the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process, both the Referrer and Referee will be entitled to $150 Cash Rebate, regardless of the loan approval status.
Referrer will gain greater rewards for more referrals with no limits – entitled to $200 Cash Rebate for the 3rd and 4th referrals and $250 Cash Rebate for the 5th referral and onwards.
[Reward 2 – Successful Loan Drawdown]
For every first-time application of X Cash.AI where the Referee enter the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process, the Referee will be entitled to $200 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $650 Cash Rebate when they successfully draw down a loan amount at $15,000 or above*. The Referrer will also be entitled to $100 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $150 Cash Rebate correspondingly.
^To be eligible for participating in this promotion, Referee must fulfill the below:
- Have never reactivated or applied X Cash.AI in the past 12 months;
- *Enter the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process and successfully draw down a loan amount at $15,000 or above;
- Have not settled the loan and maintain a 50% or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract.
Referrer and Referrer must also keep his/her X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) in order to be entitled to the relevant rewards.

Redemption Details
Reward 1 (Successful Application) will be released within 30 days (i.e. on or before 30 September 2024) after the end of the Promotion Period, and Reward 2 (Successful Loan Drawdown) will be released within 120 days upon the enforcement of the Loan Contract. Eligible Referrer and Referee (“Eligible Customers”) will be informed about the release of the two Rewards via Inbox Message within the X Wallet App.
A. Cash Rebate
- Cash Rebates will be credited to the “Reward” Wallet within the X Wallet App.
- In order to withdraw the Cash Rebates, Eligible Customers shall login to their X Wallet App, click the “Bank Cards” page under their “Profile” and add their receiving Hong Kong bank account details. The Cash Rebates will be transferred to the designated Hong Kong bank account in approximately two working days (excluding for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
B. X Pay e-Cash Voucher
- Eligible Customers are required to login to their X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under the X Pay page for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically upon successful registration.
About X Cash.AI Member Get Member Program (“MGM Program”)
- How to participate in the MGM Program?
For any Hong Kong permanent resident aged 18 or above, they are eligible to participate in the MGM Program by registering as a member of X Wallet and agreeing the Terms and Conditions of the MGM Program. - How to make a referral?
Each Referrer has their own Unique Referral Code (“Referral Code”) displayed on the “X Lend Reward” page within the X Wallet App. Referrer can share the Referral Code, unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system to their family and friends, and refer them for an application of the X Cash.AI. - How to use the Referral Code?
After Referee login to the X Wallet App, they shall apply X Cash.AI at the X Lend Homepage. The Referral Code entered by the Referee during the loan application process will be authenticated by the system. If the loan application is made from a login to X Wallet App via a unique referral URL or QR code, the system will automatically identify the identities of the Referrer and their Referees. - Is there any limit on the number of referrals?
No, the more referrals, the greater rewards.
- This MGM Program (“Promotion”) is valid from 1 June 2024 to 31 August 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI (i.e. no reactivation nor application of X Cash.AI in the past 12 months) made within the Promotion Period, which the Referee enters the Unique Referral Code of their Referrer during the application process or apply via unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system, both the Referrer and Referee will be entitled to $150 Cash Rebate (“Reward 1”), regardless of the loan approval status.
- Referrer will be entitled to higher Cash Rebates with more referrals made: 1st – 2nd referrals – $150 Cash Rebates each 3rd – 4th referrals – $200 Cash Rebates each 5th or above – $250 Cash Rebates each
- Referee must complete a successful drawdown of a X Cash.AI at the amount of $15,000 or above and, do not settle and maintain a 50% or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 90 days upon the enforcement of the loan contract, in order to be entitled to $200 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $650 Cash Rebate. The Referrer is also entitled to $100 X Pay e-Cash Voucher and $150 Cash Rebate correspondingly (“Reward 2”).
- For details about the eligibility of the Referrer and Referee, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Rebate, please refer to the Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
- The Referral Code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer can only be referred once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same Referee, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion with prior notice.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees and agents of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- The Referrer and the Referee cannot be the same person, nor using the same bank account to receive any reward.
- The referral of a Referee must be taken through a lawful means. Otherwise, The Company reserves the right to cancel the release of the relevant rewards to the Referrer.
- Customers must ensure that the information of the receiving bank account provided is authentic, accurate and valid. The Company does not accept the liability for any circumstances or any relevant causes for the failure of reward transferal to the designated bank account.
- If the Referrer or Referee fails to provide their receiving bank account details within 30 days upon the successful loan application, it will be deemed as an automatic forfeit of the relevant rewards.
- Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 90 says upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settle the loan before the reward release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
- The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Condition or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
