(1) During the promotion period, new customers who apply for the X Cash.AI Loan for the first time and enter the promo code “ZERO” during the application process, confirm the loan, and maintain the loan for 60 days or more will enjoy a 100% interest rate for the first 30 days.
(2) Customers’ accounts must remain in normal active status (any overdue payments, bad debts, etc., will be considered as non-active accounts) at all times until the reward is issued during the promotion period to be eligible for this offer.
Reward Details:
- Interest rebate notification will be sent 60 days after the end of the promotion (i.e., September 11) via message notification in the X Wallet App to eligible customers.
- Eligible customers must log in to the X Wallet App, click on the “Personal” page, and select the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number to withdraw the cash rebate. Transfers to the designated Hong Kong bank account number will take about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Customers must ensure that the bank account number entered for receiving funds is true, accurate, and valid. The company is not responsible for any situation that results in the reward not being successfully transferred to that account.
- All loan accounts must be in normal status to execute the reward withdrawal function.
- Rewards have a withdrawal and usage validity period. If a customer’s reward wallet has had no transaction record in the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- If a customer closes or cancels their X Cash.AI Loan account under any circumstances, all rewards will be immediately canceled.
