The loan account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write-off, and frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance needs to maintain $20,000 or above within 90 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle $200 X Pay E-cash Voucher and $1,000 Cash Rebate.

- To enjoy the promotional offer, the above promotion code “MANDYX” must be entered during the loan application, and no subsequent supplements or changes will be accepted.
- X Pay E-cash Voucher will be issued 30 days after the last day of the month from the day of successful application. The promo code will be issued automatically to X Wallet and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
- The additional $200 X Pay E-cash Voucher and $1,000 Cash Rebate will be automatically credited to the X Wallet ” Rewards” wallet 90 days after the last day of the month in which the loan agreement is confirmed and will have an in-app message to notify eligible customers about the completion of the rewards distribution.
- To withdraw the rewards, customers can login to X Wallet, click on “Bank Details” on the “Rewards” page, and fill in your Hong Kong bank account details. The rewards will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (public holidays or Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days).
- This promotional offer (the “Promotion”) is valid from 5 June 2024 to 31 Aug 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
- Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Cash.AI Express Loan for the first time, regardless of whether the loan is successfully approved or not, they are entitled to receive a $100 X Pay E-cash Voucher. This offer does not apply to new customers who have applied for X Cash.AI within the past 12 months (i.e. 5 June 2023 onwards) of this promotion.
- The promotion is only applicable to new eligible customers who successfully apply and confirm the X Cash.AI loan contract for the first time during the promotion period, with a loan amount of $20,000 or more, where customers who do not have a loan account within 12 months from the date of confirmation of the loan contract.
- “New customer” refers to those who have not held X Wallet loan account in the past 12 months from the date of confirming the loan contract.

- The time for submitting loan applications is subject to the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the company). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Customer will only entitle this offer once during the promotion period. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
- Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited will be deemed to have waived its liability when the coupon code rewards are credited to X Wallet’s account.
- The offer is neither transferable, cancellable nor returnable. The Company reserves the right to replace the E-cash Voucher with another of equal value without prior notice.
- The Company is not the supplier of the voucher and is not responsible for the voucher. The supplier is solely responsible for any liability in relation to the voucher. If you have any queries, comments, or complaints regarding the voucher, please contact the supplier directly.

- If the customer closes, cancels or settles his/her X Cash.AI Express Loan account before the reward is issued, all rewards will be canceled immediately.
If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
